Theme 7 & 8 goal is 40 words per minute (double clusters, inflectional endings, vowel pairs)
Theme 9 goal is 50 words per minute (inflectional endings, vowel pairs, triple clusters)
Theme 10 End of Year goal is 60 words per minute
District Benchmarks- 3 times a year, one each trimester
