  • Parents must be present for this meeting because we will be handing out permissions slips to attend science school. 
  • We will also be discussing what your child will need to pack.
  • What paperwork needs to be filled out by a doctor if your child takes prescribed medication.
  • If a student has a medical condition that we need to be aware of this is the time to discuss with the student's teacher.
