Lunch with Someone Special is a very big event for our school. Please note there are very specific rules that must be followed. The "Someone Special" must be and adult (18 years of age) and can either be a parent, grandparent, god parent, aunt, uncle, or a special family friend. Each student will only be allowed one person to have lunch with.
Primary (K, 1st and 2nd) lunch will be from 11:15am to 12:00 noon. Upper grades (3rd, 4th and 5th) lunch will be from 12:15pm to 1:00pm. Due to limited amount of space on campus your child can only invite one person. If the "Someone Special" has a younger non-school aged child(ren), we ask that arrangements be made for daycare in advance so the "Someone Special" is able to attend alone. No outside children will be allowed on campus.
An invitation will be sent home with your name, your student's name and room number. Please be sure to bring the invitation with you along with you valid government issued photo identification. Due to security reasons, each person entering campus MUST have valid photo identification. We ask that you arrive early to sign-in, have photo ID and invitation checked and receive a guest pass to enter campus. Also, "Someone Special will need to pick up your child from their classroom and return them to the classroom when they are done.
NO LAST MINUTE CHANGES AND NO ENTRANCE WITHOUT A PHOTO ID!
This is a full instructional day so please do not take your child out early.
