District nurses will be on campus from 8:00 AM –10:00 AM to provide flu vaccinations. They will begin setting up in the Innovation Lab at 7:30 AM.

I've placed the district informational letters and medical consent forms in your cubbies. Please send these home with students tomorrow, Wednesday, October 21.

As completed consent forms come in, please turn them in to the nurse's office.

Staff are also welcome to receive their flu shots! Feel free to stop by early, as soon as the nurses are set up, before student vaccinations begin or any time while they are here.
