RIvera Teachers Announce Winners of Responsibility Award for September
Twenty five students were selected by their teachers to be honored as the most responsible students at Rivera Elementary School. During the school year the different traits of Character Counts will be celebrated. For September the trait was Responsibility. Kindergarteners honored were Annaly Barajas, Nalani Childers, Anthony Estrada, Alberto Rodriguez and Anairam Salazar; First Graders were Richard Perez Espinoza, Joseline Gonzalez, Kaylee Malagon and Hailey Navarro. Second Graders were Cody Klimenko, Damian Loza, Edgar Morales, Nathan Rodriguez and Mia Vela. Third Graders were Diana Delgado, Kimberly Herrera, Dana Lopez, Nathan Mendez and Ellyse Vargas. Fourth Graders were Alexis Gallegos, Liliana Navarro and Diana Sandoval. Fifth Graders were Jamie Benitez, Alessandra Ramirez and Destiny RIvera.
